Jewelry Pictures
I’ve been selling my work on 1000 Markets lately (a place for selling only finished artwork) and it made me think about the kinds of pictures I should include. What do people really want to see when they buy jewelry online? These are the 4 pictures I generally include for a necklace. Are there any others you would like to see if you were buying?

Jo, I’m glad to know that you are selling on 1000Markets. I have been very discouraged there. That necklace is stunning! I can see why it would sell. Great job! I’ll check out your store the next time I am there.
I think that is a good set of photos for finished jewelry. Maybe one close-up of the focal bead itself. Beautiful necklace too and once 1K Markets is out of Beta I think it will pick up there.
Photography is one of the hardest things of selling online IMHO. I think your photos look great!
This is absolutely stunning!! I love what you did – the photos are awesome and showcase the piece beautifully. Very impressive…You rock!!
I love your pics, very great color and clarity…..I might suggest that you really get a close up of the focal bead–anytime you have a pendant, particularly when it’s one of your lovely art beads, give them an “up close and personal” of the beauty of your bead.
PS—found you thru Entrecard! Teri

The only other picture that I can think of would be a nice close picture of the pendant.
