My favorite bead

My favorite bead

Necklace
This is one of my favorite beads that I have made. I’ve had it now for about 3 years, just waiting for the right time to use it. I’m still not sure I want to try and sell it at Crafty Feast at the end of May, or keep it for myself. Maybe I’ll put it up for sale with a huge price tag and hope that no one buys it.
I didn’t make the copper twistie beads for this myself. I got those from Earthdream on Etsy. Again, they are something I’ve had for a while and was just waiting for the right piece to come along to use them on.
I tend not to make specific beads for specific pieces of jewelry. Instead I like to have a whole bunch of stuff waiting and ready to use for when I want to use it. This does mean I have a lot of supplies hanging around, but it also means I can buy them in bulk or when they go on sale to save money. I hardly ever pay full price for something. I get that trait from my mom.

Jo, If I were you, I’d keep it myself if I were you! It’s stunning!
